Due to COVID 19, there may be shipping delays. Please be patient and allow for additional shipping days for your items to be delivered. Our customers are important to us and we will work hard to get your orders out and communicate any delays along the way.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note processing and shipping times are not the same. Processing times are based on how long it takes us to put the order together (1-3 business days). Shipping times are based per carrier ( usually 3-5 business days).

Business days are Monday - Friday  for shipping per shipping company. Please note orders shipped on Saturday may not be processed until the next business day.

***Confirmation emails with tracking information will be sent once orders have been processed. If you do not receive this email please feel free to contact us. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Incorrect/ Missing Items


We are a small business and we are human so mistakes may happen but here at Kustom Beauties LLC we take full responsibility. If you have received an incorrect item or missing an item please contact us with your name, order number, brief order summary, and proof of the missing or incorrect item. We will investigate the issue and correct our mistakes because we strive to make our customers feel valued and heard.

Refunds/ Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and health of our valued customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have an incorrect or missing item. If this is the case please contact us immediately.
