Due to COVID 19, there may be shipping delays. Please be patient and allow for additional shipping days for your items to be delivered. Our customers are important to us and we will work hard to get your orders out and communicate any delays along the way.



Please note processing and shipping times are not the same. Processing times are based on how long it takes us to put the order together (1-3 business days). We typically process orders the same day for orders placed before 10 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Shipping times are based per carrier ( usually 3-5 business days).

Business days are Monday - Friday for shipping per shipping company. Please note orders shipped on Saturday may not be processed until the next business day.

If we are ever on vacation we will notify you that orders will be delayed however our dropshipping items (bonnets, durags, fur slides, lash wholesale orders) will be processed.

Incorrect/ Missing Items

We are a small business and we are human so mistakes may happen but here at Kustom Beauties LLC we take full responsibility. If you have received an incorrect item or missing an item please contact us with your name, order number, brief order summary, and proof of the missing or incorrect item. We will investigate the issue and correct our mistakes because we strive to make our customers feel valued and heard.

Refunds/ Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and health of our valued customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have an incorrect or missing item. If this is the case please contact us immediately This does NOT apply to our dropshipping items as they have a separate refund policy.
